CRISIS SINCE 2019

The United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change estimates that 100 to 100 billion tonnes of carbon dioxide will need to be actively removed to combat catastrophic global warming. Data from the National Bureau of Statistics shows that China’s labour force (16-59 years old) falls below 900 million for the first time at mid-century, which indicates that China’s labour force (16-59 years old) falls below 900 million for the first time at mid-century. The change will have a direct impact not only on economic activity, such as investment and consumption, but also on economic activity and will accelerate the deficit in pension accounts. Older people are having to work longer to support themselves.

DESIGN

CO2 Hunter is a bit like a bee in a beehive that bringing with it a kind of symbolic irony. Northern Europe is the first victim of rising sea levels because of the greenhouse effect. After losing it’ smart phone market, Nokia lost its voice in electronic consumer goods. But Nokia had the foresight to take advantage of this new industry opportunity by getting involved in the manufacture of personal CO2 capture machines. And I happen to have collected a nokia Lumia-1020. Like worker bees, they collect carbon dioxide by pushing machines that act as beehives and replace the sequeted core at the factory, where they are paid to plug their pension holes. In addition, the appearance becomes prop-like and symbolic, blurring the boundary between reality and imagination.
